Published on: 29 September 2025

This is an inspiring and thought-provoking webinar from the Tasmania Parkinson's Project and their special guest, neurologist and global health advocate Dr Bindu Menon, founder of the Bindu Menon Foundation in India.

Dr Menon has dedicated her career to improving the lives of people living with neurological conditions, especially in rural and underserved communities.

In this webinar, Dr Menon will:

  • Share the story and mission of the Bindu Menon Foundation, which offers free neurological care, education, and support to people with Parkinson’s
  • Discuss what “living well” with Parkinson’s means from both a medical and social perspective
  • Highlight low-cost, accessible strategies that support quality of life, especially in resource-limited settings

With her unique blend of clinical expertise, public health leadership, and compassion, Dr Menon will offer valuable insights for anyone interested in holistic approaches to Parkinson’s care – whether in Australia or across the globe.
