Join us for an informative webinar about the benefits and importance of sleep for Parkinson’s.

PhD Candidate and Sleep Scientist Samantha Bramich and Physiotherapist Associate Professor Michele Callisaya will be joined by Wicking Dementia Centre’s Associate Professor and Neurologist Jane Alty to talk about the following topics:

  • the basics of sleep and how it changes throughout life

  • sleep changes as an early symptom of Parkinson’s

  • tips to improve your sleep

Our guest presenter PhD Candidate and Sleep Scientist, Samantha Bramich will speak about isolated rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behaviour disorder as an early symptom of Parkinson’s, and how to ensure we all get enough sleep for good health.
